Interim Head of Estates & Facilities (current assignment)

Responsible for the strategic and operational asset management of 7000 Council homes and 60 commercial buildings. Responsible for 90 staff undertaking the functions of planned and reactive maintenance services, empty property management and lettings, new build, emergency planning, corporate health and safety, and compliance. Works closely with the Executive Member for Housing and is a member of the Council’s Senior Management Team.
